Craft: Caster Boots

Turns a magic or rare boots into a crafted Caster boots with the guaranteed bonuses below. Caster crafts roll faster cast rate, mana and mana regeneration.

  • New item level: 50% of your character level + 50% of the original item level
  • Also gets random crafted affixes on top of the guaranteed bonuses.
  • Ethereal bases work too — the result stays Ethereal.
